Séance Langues biélorusse et ukrainienne comme éléments déterminants des identités - Situation d’aujourd’hui et perspectives
Major periods of the history of the Ukrainian language, which are distinguished by the researchers, correlate logically with the stages of the history of the Ukrainian people. The issue of language for Ukraine has been political, as its development (i.e. manifestation of all literary norms, quality of stylistic functioning and ways of implementation) depends on the official status of the language in the country. Dictionaries indirectly reflect lexical norms, peculiarities of development and level of social language consciousness of the ethnos in a certain period. In this paper on the basis of major comprehensive lexicographic works the dominant types of changes in word stock of the 20th – beginning of the 21st centuries will be analyzed with the account of historical background. The author’s methodology of research of the dynamics of lexical norms in synchronic and diachronic aspects, worked out on the basis of lingual-informational approach, will be presented.
